I accept electronic payments with a debit card, credit card or HSA/FSA card through my secure online patient portal using Simple Practice. 

Out of network billing
I do not currently accept any insurance plans and am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits and I can provide you with any documentation needed for insurance reimbursement.
