Experience

I have practiced outpatient therapy in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 2008. 

My career began in Minnesota providing individual, group and family therapy to adults dealing with abuse and trauma. In 2010, I moved to Wisconsin and have specialized in working with children, adolescents and families. My areas of expertise are child behavior and development, depression, anxiety, anger management, behavioral management, social skill development, parenting and family therapy.

I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Wisconsin.

A little bit about me

I was born and raised in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. I am a wife and mother, an animal lover and forever a Packer fan. I enjoy reading, movies, Sunday crossword puzzles and spending time with my family. I truly love my work and I appreciate every opportunity I am given to get to know and help my clients.
